These classes offer six experienced, intermediate level students focused instruction as they are guided through a Pilates workout across an array of tools and apparatus. These ~50 min sessions are a great way to get spring practice and a fun workout.
INSTRUCTOR APPROVAL REQUIRED! To ensure safety and a good class, students need to have had at least 6 private sessions in our studio and be working comfortably in the intermediate classical system. Questions? Drop us a line and we'll get you set up.
