Progressions classes are for experienced students and require instructor approval prior to attendance. These classes are athletic and challenging. A strong foundation is critical to keep up with class and avoid injury. While some students are keen to progress into advanced, many really enjoy the intermediate work and find this level is enough for them. 

Our small group springs classes offer three to six students focused instruction as they are guided through a level-appropriate classically rooted Pilates spring workout on one of the primary pieces of studio apparatus - the Reformer and the Tower w/ Mat. These ~50 min sessions are a great way to get spring practice and a fun workout. 

We encourage all students to regularly revisit the foundations work - especially after a studio break or injury.
