Progressions classes are for experienced students and require instructor approval prior to attendance. These classes are athletic and challenging. A strong classically rooted Pilates foundation is critical to keep up with class and avoid injury. While some students are keen to progress into advanced, many really enjoy the intermediate work and find this level is enough for them. 

Our small group mat classes offer up to three to five students focused instruction as they are guided through an intermediate level classically rooted Pilates workout on the mat. These ~50 min sessions are a great way practice and get in a fun workout. 

We encourage all students to regularly revisit the foundations work - especially after a break or injury.
