90 minute private body tuning session designed to help restore the body's natural order. 

This is premium restorative service combining muscle activation and fascial release techniques with Pilates, Yoga, Yamuna Body Rolling and an array of functional conditioning techniques to build strength, restore mobility and (re-)establish a balanced physical structure. 

In person sessions are ideal so that we have access to the studio apparatus however these extended restorative sessions are also quite effective online via web conferencing/screen sharing technology.

Class passes are available as a one-off single pass or a pack of 6 passes.
