The foundations class is where we prepare the body for Pilates, learn the foundational concepts and establish important physical and mental connections required to realize the full benefits of the Pilates method. 

This class is welcome to new students and is also a great place for more experienced students to return and revisit roots, rebuild connections. 

This small group mat class offers up to six students focused instruction as they are guided through a level-appropriate classically rooted Pilates mat workout. These ~50 min sessions are a great way to get your mat practice in, giving your full body a rewarding workout. 

While foundational classes are open to students who are new to the studio, we highly recommend taking a few privates to help you better understand your body as it relates to the Pilates workouts and how to develop the fundamental connections we are building in this foundational work.
