Soccer Workshop Series
Weekly classes focus on building strength and mobility for Soccer players to boost performance and improve play while helping reduce risk of injury.  Classes build progressively through the series and it's ideal to attend the full series however it's not at all required and each class offers individual value and benefit.  

In this series we'll: 
+ Stabilize and strengthen your hips and glutes 
+ Develop your powerhouse and deep core strength 
+ Increase your flexibility and improve your mobility 
+ Release your shoulder, neck and back tension

Our goal for this program is for our students to learn this highly efficient and effective routine (which can be done pretty much anytime and almost anywhere) and develop a self practice to both continue improving as well as maintain their gain.  
Classes are 50-55 minutes in length and will be held in the studio. Attendance is limited to 10 students.
