The foundations springs class is where we learn and practice the foundational concepts and exercises of the classical Pilates method on spring apparatus.
This class is welcome to new students and is also a great place for more experienced students to return and revisit roots, rebuild connections.
Our small group springs classes offer three to five students focused instruction as they are guided through a level-appropriate classically rooted Pilates spring workout on one of the primary pieces of studio apparatus - the Reformer and the Tower w/ Mat. These ~50 min sessions are a great way to get spring practice and a fun workout.
While foundational classes are open to students who are new to the studio and new to springs, we highly recommend taking a few privates to help you better understand your body as it relates to the Pilates workouts and how to develop the fundamental connections we are building in this foundational work.
