Progressions mat classes are for experienced students who are comfortably working the intermediate level system. Not sure if this class is for you? Come to our Foundations class and the instructor will let you know if our progressions level seems like a good fit for you.
Our Progressions classes are athletic and challenging. A strong Pilates foundation is critical to keep up with class and minimize the risk of injury. While some students are keen to progress further into the advanced work, many really enjoy the intermediate work and find this level is just perfect for their regular practice.
Our small group mat classes offer up to eight (8) students focused instruction as they are guided through an intermediate level classically rooted Pilates workout on the mat. These ~50 min sessions are a great way practice and get in a fun workout.
We encourage all students to regularly revisit the foundations work - especially after a break from the studio or an injury.
