Temple Body Tuning is a deeply restorative (and transformative) method developed by our studio: it combines muscle activation and fascial release techniques drawn from a number of modalities including fascial release with massage balls, Pilates, Yoga and an array of functional conditioning techniques to release stuck tissues, activate muscles, build strength, restore mobility and (re)establish a balanced physical structure.
Our aim is for all our students to become knowledgable and independent in this work, and to feel comfortable and confident regularly practicing this highly effective self-care method.
A few important things to note:
- This class is offered in the studio and online.
- While drop ins are welcome, a commitment to a regular practice is highly encouraged.
- Classes will be recorded and available online to all students with a monthly subscription.
- We can only host up to 10 students in the studio - please confirm studio attendance with Nicole.
- Please purchase/bring your own balls.
- The studio has a few extra balls to loan students, first come-first served.
