Roll, Release + Restore is a profoundly restorative and transformative class designed by our studio founder, Nicole Growdon. Held weekly, this class provides a grounding, restorative practice incorporating breath work and myofascial release with therapy balls. The techniques learned in this class can be used regularly to alleviate stress and tension, restore mobility, improve posture and muscle tone, and to help balance the nervous system.

Our goal is for every student to become knowledgeable and independent in this practice, ensuring they feel comfortable and confident in regularly engaging with this highly effective self-care technique.

A few important things to note: 
  • This class is offered in the studio and online. Since studio attendance is limited, there are two separate signs up - one for in-studio (up to 6) and one online (unlimited). 
  • While drop-ins are welcome, a commitment to a regular practice is highly encouraged.  
  • Classes will be recorded and available online to all students with one of our monthly subscription plans. 
  • Please purchase/bring your own balls. 
  • The studio has a few extra balls to loan students, first come-first served.
