Working with both fast and slower paced intervals, this all-levels class fitness class gives teens a balanced workout with a keen focus on building core strength, improving posture and increasing flexibility. Just as importantly, the class gives teens a deeper understanding of their body mechanics and how to develop healthy, life-long fitness habits. 

This class is for teens and young adults aged 14-20.
